Equestrian Vaulting is a sport that began in Europe, particularly in Austria and Germany, where it is very popular and well known. It started on the West Coast of the USA and is now becoming popular all over the United States. We are one of the first clubs set up in Florida and look forward to making equine vaulting ever more popular in this region.

Equestrian Vaulting is a sport that combines dancing and gymnastics on the back of a moving horse. Here at FEEC, Vaulting is a safe and fun way to learn harmony with the horse and with others in a group setting. Vaulting utilizes a stationary vaulting barrel and spotters along side the horse to keep sessions safe while vaulters are learning new skills. All beginning skills start first on the vaulting barrel and then on the horse at the walk. Vaulting is a great way for kids to learn horsemanship skills and gain confidence and self expression in a group setting. It is one of the best ways to learn horsemanship skills and the necessary balance essential to any equestrian dicipline and therefore it is perfect for beginners! Not only will you learn to harmonize with your horse you will have lots of fun doing it with friends in a group setting.

Another advantage is you only need one horse shared among the class which also helps to keep the cost of tuition down.
